About Noble Call

Our Beliefs
Noble Call Institute affirms the cardinal doctrines of Scripture that have been defended by historic statements of faith. These include the divine inspiration of Scripture, the deity of Christ, the original sin nature of man, the atonement for sin by Christ’s shed blood, and the justification by faith in Jesus as the Christ.
We also believe that a complete and inspired statement of faith was given by Jesus Christ when He taught precise commands on how to love God and others, and that these commands transcend all cultures, nationalities, religions, and political systems.
Our Mission
Noble Call exists to help men and women experience God’s pleasure as they discover their Noble Calling and become the men and women they were created to be: Noble men and women who make noble plans and carry out noble deeds of great faith as a person, partner, parent, provider and proclaimer of truth, to produce fruit that will stand the test of eternity.
Our Vision
Jesus solved a family argument by telling Martha and Mary, “A few things are necessary and one thing is needful…” We at Noble Call believe that relationships matter most, they are the one thing that is needful because they fulfill the greatest commandments of loving God and loving others as Christ has loved us. Our vision is to help people develop the full potential of their relationships by learning the few things that are essential to developing meaningful relationships in all five live roles. A few essential things people cannot fail to do in order to have meaningful relationships are learning how to have safe conversations, listening with an understanding heart, in honor preferring another’s needs above their own, and becoming noble by willingly offering themselves unto God and then in service to others.
Our Strategy
Our strategy is to develop conferences, to consult with organizations, and to coach individuals. Our goal is to train, equip and disciple people in the skillful art of wise living so they can facilitate, consult, and coach others in organizations and communities around the world.
We believe people will notice a noble man or woman’s authentic freedom in Christ, their passion for God’s Kingdom, and will grab a noble man or woman’s arm and say, “Let us go with you for we have seen and heard that God is with you” (See Zech. 8:23) A noble man or woman’s credentials for ministry will be their oneness of spirit with those God has given them. They fight daily to win the hearts of their sons and daughters. They are skilled in the wise art of reconciling relationships, restoring people, and revealing God’s mercy, grace, and truth. They can lead nobly in the midst of crises as they Come, Call, and Clothe and Connect with people, with God and with their vision. They have recognized that the normal leadership of Come, See, and Conquer only leads to destruction and isolation. They disciple couples monthly, men or women weekly, and their own families daily. These men and women have chosen to die that Christ might live in them and express the glory of God’s image in the unique way for which they were created. They serve nobly because they find their significance and security in Christ. Fear of rejection and failure no longer rule their actions, but faith and love compel them to willingly offer their lives, their fortunes, and their reputations.
